The LOP Score is a live 7-KPI algorithm updated weekly across thousands of verified members. You'll work with real transaction data, compliance records and AI matching models — not toy datasets.

Team interviews

Two conversations: one with the team you'd work with, one with a founder. No trick questions.

Offer

Written offer within 48 hours of final interview. Salary, equity and start date all confirmed upfront.
