How long does it take to find a tenant?
On average, our properties receive their first confirmed tenant within 18 days of listing. Properties in high-demand areas like Dubai Business Bay or London Canary Wharf can let within 7–10 days. We immediately alert our database of 14,000+ active tenants upon listing.
How are tenants verified?
Every tenant goes through full credit referencing, employment verification, identity document checks (AML compliant), previous landlord references, and CCJ searches. You receive a detailed referencing report before making any decision. No tenant is introduced to your property until they pass all checks.
Can I list a property I'm based outside of?
Absolutely — this is our speciality. International landlords use our Fully Managed service to let and manage properties without ever visiting the country. Our local teams in all 11 markets handle everything on the ground while you track everything from your online dashboard.
What's the difference between the service tiers?
Tenant Find covers marketing through to move-in — you then manage the tenancy yourself. Rent Collection adds ongoing rent collection and arrears management. Fully Managed adds everything else — property management, maintenance, inspections, renewals, and a dedicated account manager.
Are there upfront costs?
Listing your property is completely free. Our fees are only charged upon a successful tenancy starting. For Tenant Find, it's a one-off fee of 8% of the first year's rent. Rent Collection and Fully Managed are charged monthly as a percentage of rent received.
